Cancellation policy

Digital products

You can cancel a digital order for a full refund as long as the file has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a file is downloaded, the order counts as delivered and falls under our Return Policy instead.

Service-based products

• Cancel any time before the seller begins work for a full refund.
• If work has started but is not complete, we refund the undelivered portion.
• Completed and delivered services cannot be cancelled.

Subscriptions and recurring plans

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

How to cancel

Email support@aroramartllc.online with your order number, or use the contact form. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
