7-day return window

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of purchase. Requests received after the 7-day window are not eligible.

Return eligibility and condition requirements

Because our products are digital downloads, a purchase qualifies for a return or refund when:

• The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open.
• The product is materially different from its published listing or description.
• Download access never unlocks and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.

Non-returnable purchases

• You changed your mind after downloading a working digital file.
• You do not have software or equipment clearly listed as required on the product page.
• Your request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Aroramart LLC sells digital products delivered online. There is no physical item to return, no return address, and no return shipping cost. Neither the customer nor the seller pays return shipping because all eligible returns are handled digitally.

How refunds are issued

Contact support@aroramartllc.online within 7 days and include your order number, the product name and a short description of the problem. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to display the credit.
