Digital delivery only

Every product on Aroramart LLC is a digital file — courses, ebooks, templates, planners and software tools. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping fees, no carriers and no customs delays.

When you receive your purchase

• Download access unlocks immediately after your payment is confirmed.
• A confirmation email with your order details and download link is sent to your account email.
• You can re-download any purchase at any time from your account's order history page.
• In rare cases of payment review, delivery can take up to 24 hours — we notify you by email if this happens.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam folder first, then sign in and open your orders page. If the file is still missing, contact us at support@aroramartllc.online with your order number — we resolve delivery issues within one business day.

Service-based products

Custom services (for example setup or design work) are delivered according to the timeframe stated on the product page. The seller confirms the schedule with you by email after purchase.
